Gogrin exists to take admin off the desks of UK dental practices. Not to run the practice, not to replace the team, and not to promise things that don’t exist yet.
Why this
Dental practices run on a diary, and the diary leaks. A late cancellation leaves a gap nobody fills. A deposit that should have been taken at booking gets chased three times. A treatment plan is explained carefully and never followed up. A patient who should have been recalled a year ago drifts away. None of it is dramatic; all of it costs time and money, week after week.
Most software sold to practices is built around the clinical record. We think the operational moments around it deserve their own attention, built by people who are willing to sit with a practice manager and watch where the week actually goes.
How we’re going about it
Step by step, and in the open. We’re building with a small group of founding practices: the form and the short calls are how they tell us where admin bites, and that decides what we build first. The first version will do one thing well for those practices, and we’ll widen it from there.
Everything on this site that isn’t confirmed says so. There are no invented statistics, no logos of integrations we don’t have, and no launch date until there is one.
Who
Gogrin is built by Navian GmbH, a Zurich-registered product and engineering company founded by Navraj Basra. It is being built by a small founding team with backgrounds in engineering, product development and operational risk. The fastest way to meet us is to book a call.
