Privacy notice

Who we are

Gogrin is a product of Navian GmbH, registered in Switzerland (UID CHE-305.273.305, General Wille-Strasse 215, 8706 Meilen, Switzerland). Navian GmbH is the controller of your data and trades as Gogrin. We’re building tools to reduce admin for UK dental practices. If you have a question about your data, email hello@gogrin.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you register interest we ask for your name, work email, practice name and role, and optionally your practice size, postcode, the areas that matter to you and a few words about where admin slows you down. When you book a call we ask for your name, work email and practice name, and anything you choose to tell us first. On the call we take notes and, if you agree at the start, transcribe it, so we have an accurate record of what you told us.

We use this to reply to you, to arrange and hold the calls you book, to understand which problems practices want solved first, and to invite you to try early versions. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in developing Gogrin with the practices who have asked to hear from us. We send occasional product updates only if you tick the box asking for them; that is based on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Cookies

We don’t set any cookies. To see which pages are read, we use Umami, an analytics tool we run on our own server. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t identify you, and shares nothing with anyone else. See the cookie notice.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services we use to run the site, store the list, send email and keep call notes: Hostinger (website hosting, in Germany, with backups in France), Neon (database, in London), Resend (email sending, USA), Cal.com (call scheduling, USA), Google Workspace (email, calendar and our records, USA and other countries), Granola (call notes and transcripts, USA) and Zapier (copies call notes into our records, USA). Each is bound by a contract to process data only on our instructions. Where data is handled outside the UK, Switzerland or the EEA, it is protected by standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum, or by the provider’s certification under the Data Privacy Framework. We never sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never email you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or have a copy. You can object to how we use it and withdraw consent at any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, and “Delete my details” does what it says. Email hello@gogrin.co.uk; we’ll reply within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Swiss law

Navian GmbH is also subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Changes

If we change this notice we’ll update the date below and, for anything significant, email you.
