Questions practices ask
Plain answers, including the ones where the honest answer is “not yet”.
Not yet. We’re building it now with a small group of UK founding practices. They decide what comes first and use early versions before anyone else, and we’d like your practice to be one of them.
We are a small team of founders who have spent our careers building software and analytics for financial services and insurance. That means we know how to deliver dependable products in regulated environments, where getting the detail right is not optional. Now we are applying that experience to dental practices.
We watched our own dentist struggle with how much the job has changed. Nobody trains as a dentist to become an IT manager, yet running a practice increasingly means exactly that. AI assistants, voice agents, payments by phone, card processing, late-cancellation handling and automatic calendar invites for new patients are all possible now, but implementing them in your business is, well, daunting. Where do you start? Dentistry is a national good, and we think there is a lot of good to be done in taking that load off the people who provide it.
You don’t have to. Gogrin is designed to start alongside the software you already use, one area at a time. Whether it should go further than that is something we’re working out with founding practices, so tell us what you’d want.
A two-minute form: your name, work email, practice name and role, plus a few optional questions about where admin bites. Then we’ll be in touch to hear more about your practice, and you’ll try early versions before anyone else. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.
Founding practices are the ones who register early and are willing to talk to us. They get to shape the product development and try things before anyone else, tell us what’s wrong, and steer what gets built next. During development there’s no fee, no contract and no obligation to keep going.
We don’t know yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Our aim is for Gogrin to deliver value that is clearly greater than its price. Pricing will be worked out with founding practices once the launch functionality is settled, and their early support will be recognised in the terms they’re offered when Gogrin launches. Nothing you do at this stage costs anything.
At this stage we only hold what you give us on the form. If and when Gogrin connects to practice systems, nothing will leave them without your explicit agreement, and you’ll be able to ask us to delete anything we hold. The privacy notice sets out the detail.
All three. Late cancellations, unpaid deposits and overdue recalls don’t care how a practice is funded. If your situation has a wrinkle that you want fixing, the form’s last question is the place to say so.
Yes. Book a short call from the site and pick a time that suits you. It’s thirty minutes on Google Meet, there’s nothing to prepare, and we’ll mostly be listening.
