Accessibility statement

This site is meant to work for everyone who runs a practice, however they use the web.

This statement applies to gogrin.co.uk. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:

  • zoom to 400% without text spilling off the screen
  • navigate the whole site, including the forms and the call booking, with a keyboard
  • use a screen reader: every control is labelled, errors are announced, and the diary and step numbers have text alternatives
  • read it with your own colours and fonts, and with reduced motion turned on

What we’ve done

The site was designed to WCAG 2.2 level AA. Every text colour has at least 4.5:1 contrast on the surfaces it appears on, form borders and the focus ring at least 3:1, and status is never shown by colour alone. Buttons, form fields and menu links are at least 44 pixels tall, and so are footer links on phones. The cards behind the home page heading drift slowly; they stop, along with every other animation, when your system asks for reduced motion.

What we know isn’t perfect

The call booking page loads available times from a scheduling provider; if that fails, the page says so and gives you an email address instead. The confirmation emails are HTML tables, which some screen readers read in a fixed order; a plain-text version is always sent alongside.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something you can’t use, or need this site or an email in another format, email hello@gogrin.co.uk. We’ll reply within five working days and fix what we can.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the accessibility regulations in Great Britain. If you’re not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
